About Alison Zecha
Alison Zecha has spent over 25 years helping individuals and businesses achieve leadership success and personal effectiveness. Many of her clients are already stars in their industries or communities. With her executive coaching, they are able to reach new levels of achievement and satisfaction.
Alison understands the challenges faced by businesses because she has spent much of her career in the corporate environment. Prior to forming her own coaching practice, she held leadership positions in the human resources/organizational development field as well as in line functions in the retail and wholesale industries .
